A Small Chelsea Flat

This flat was a challenge because of its size, less than 500 square foot. Almost everything was specifically designed to fit to maintain a feeling of space, every chair was cropped an inch here or there without compromising its comfort, the dining table is one I designed to incorporate space for books and the shagreen topped cabinets I designed to hide the television and sound system. The only thing I didn’t size down was the fireplace, I think it gives the flat a certain grandeur.
